We currently have two payment options. Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org for the details. These are two most commonly used payment processors on the web.
You may request your payout once a month simply by sending us a request at: email@example.com or using the "Contact Us" page.
You may request your pay out when your "Ready to Pay Member" amount is $1.00 or more. Your "Ready to Pay Member" account can be seen on your account printout. You will need your account printout link to view your account printout. To get your account printout link simply request it by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you make your first deposit into your Ptc Groups account you may request a printout of your account at any time. There you can see all of your deposits and pay outs for each site you work with.
PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A PAYOUT UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A PAYOUT....ONE MISTAKE IS OK..BUT IF YOU REQUEST A PAYOUT TWICE WHEN YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE YOU WILL REMOVED FROM THE PTC-GROUP MATRIX. YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE NOTICE IF YOU MAKE THIS MISTAKE. AFTER THAT YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE MATRIX. THE SECOND REQUEST WHEN YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED.
If you are on "Auto-Deposit" (and we recommend that all members go on auto-deposit) be sure to leave the minimum deposit amount in each of your accounts. To learn more about auto-deposit go here: auto-deposit
Also remember that you can use your earnings to make deposits (if you are not on auto-deposit), buy referrals or invest in a cooperative marketing campaign.
If you think you have a dispute over a pay out you MUST send us an email to request a resolution of your dispute. If you file a dispute with any of our payment processors BEFORE you give us a chance to resolve your dispute your account will be suspended, all monies in your account will be forfeited and you will never be able to join Ptc Groups again.
We take disputes VERY seriously and you should be VERY careful before you file a dispute with any of our payment processors.
